Production Company

Anthony Cullen paints up to twenty filmic artworks a year examples of
which can be viewed on the gallery page. Notification of any up and

Writing

Writing is a vital part of the company's outlook regarding its projects.
As well as developing in-house ventures, a professional writer
complements Lug Media's services and is available for contract work.

Directing

The company also has a professional director available and provides Lug the flexibility of this service for contract work.

A large part of the work done at Lug with regard to documentary and film production is the development of scripts. The company is
now involved in sourcing, finance and budgeting with the intent on delivering the final product. It is also Lugs responsibility to
source broadcasters, sales agents and marketing for the finished project to maximise the potential impact within film and
television markets. Lug Media provides advertisement, music video and digital video production (see portfolio).

Portfolio

In the early stages, the company was involved in the writing/directing
and co-production of two stage plays.

'Differences', (2004, Stage play, 50 minutes).
This stage play was commissioned by Sonas Theater Sligo and
centers around the heavy results of bullying on a victims public and
private life. Written/co-produced by Anthony Cullen.

'Alien Concept', (2004, Stage play, 50 minutes).
A stage play commissioned by Sligo Borough Council and Sligo
Institute of Technology. This production was designed to bring
awareness to students and lecturers about poor environmental
standards at their place of learning amidst a high standard of
environmental education. Written/co-produced by Anthony Cullen.

'Madalina on the Mind' (2006, Short film, DV, 6 minutes). see cinema page.

'The Modern Town' (2007, Short film, DV, 3 minutes). This is a short comedy about how people sell themselves to tourism.

Digital Video Production

Lug Media also produces both commercial and private video. Past clients include Sligo County Council and the HSE.

In Development

There are currently three short film projects, two documentaries and
two feature films being developed by the company.

Our primary aim is to entertain with energetic, humorous and
challenging projects using comedy and drama as the primary genres.
